Design Leader.
System Builder.
Impact Driver.
With over 15 years in the field, I’ve focused on building design systems that scale in real environments, growing teams that can operate independently, and shaping products that hold up under complexity and pressure.
I work at the intersection of design, technology, and business, where clarity matters more than polish and decisions matter more than deliverables.

My Story
I didn’t come into design to make things look good.
I came in to make things work better for people, teams, and organisations operating under real constraints.
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across fintech, healthcare, and SaaS, mostly in environments where scale, complexity, and ambiguity were the norm. My work has often been less about screens and more about building the systems, processes, and decision frameworks that allow teams to move faster without losing quality.
A large part of my career has been spent setting up design operations, establishing design systems, and growing teams from early-stage functions into trusted partners within the business. The focus has always been on clarity, ownership, and long-term impact rather than short-term wins.
Today, as Head of Design at ECHO India, I spend my time shaping platforms used at scale, mentoring designers through real-world problems, and helping organisations treat design as a strategic capability, not a service layer.

UX Process
I don’t follow a rigid process.
I use a structured way of thinking that adapts to context, constraints, and scale
while keeping users and outcomes at the center.
Discover & Research
Understand the problem before trying to solve it.
I spend time aligning on business goals, user needs, and constraints through research, stakeholder conversations, and existing data. The goal is clarity, not documentation.
Define & Ideate
Turn insight into direction.
Research is synthesized into clear problem statements and priorities. I facilitate collaborative ideation with product and engineering to explore solutions that are feasible, useful, and worth building.
Design & Prototype
Make ideas tangible, fast.
I design flows, wireframes, and prototypes to test assumptions early. The focus is on structure, behavior, and system consistency, not visual polish for its own sake.
Test & Deliver
Validate, refine, and ship responsibly.
Designs are tested with users and reviewed with engineering to ensure they hold up in real conditions. Post-launch, I look at outcomes and feedback to improve what ships, not just what’s planned.
Career Journey
I started my career focused on craft. Like most designers early on, I cared deeply about getting things right on screen and learning how good products were put together.
Over time, the problems I was asked to solve changed. I moved into environments where scale, complexity, and constraints mattered more than individual screens. Products were no longer standalone. They were platforms. Teams grew. Decisions had longer consequences. That shift pushed me toward systems thinking and design operations, not as an abstract idea, but as a necessity.
As my responsibilities grew, so did my focus on people. I found myself building teams, setting standards, defining processes, and helping designers grow into confident decision-makers. The work became less about output and more about creating the conditions where good work could happen consistently.
Today, my role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business. I focus on building design capabilities that last, helping organisations scale responsibly, and ensuring design plays a meaningful role in how decisions are made, not just how things look.
